过去对于学会,多用“学社”名称。中国会计学社成立于1934年。发起人有:潘序伦、徐永祚、杨众先,安绍芸、卫挺生、钱祖运、杨兆熊、张家源、顾绚、钱乃澄、李鸿寿、许敦楷等51人。成立大会于1934年11月18日在南京中央路560号举行。出席45人。大会选出潘序伦、徐永祚、张家源、卫挺生等九人为理事,聘任祥章、许敦楷二人为文书干事。
In the past for the Society, more use of “club” name. China Accounting Society was founded in 1934. The sponsors are: Pan Xuelun, Xu Yonglian, Yang Zhongxian, An Shaoyun, Wei Ting students, Qian Zuyun, Yang Zhaoxiong, Zhang Jiayuan, Gu Xuan, Qian Nai Shing, Li Hongshou, Xu Kai and other 51 people. The inaugural meeting was held on November 18, 1934 at No. 560 Central Road, Nanjing. Attend 45 people. The assembly elected Pan Xulun, Xu Yongxuan, Zhang Jiayuan, Wei Ting and other nine people as the director, hiring Xiang Zhang, Xu two pieces of clerical officer.
