本刊讯(记者徐向辉)5月23日,建设部、科技部在北京召开“十一五”国家科技支撑计划首批项目启动会,宣布由建设部组织实施的首批12个项目正式启动。会议要求各项目课题承担单位增强责任意识,严格管理,周密组织,开拓创新,按计划高标准完成各项目课题任务,为解决我国城市建设与资源环境的突出矛盾,促进经济社会可持续发展提供科技支撑。
On May 23, the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Science and Technology held the first project kick-off meeting of the 11th Five-year National S & T Support Plan in Beijing on May 23, announcing the official launch of the first batch of 12 projects organized and implemented by the Ministry of Construction. The meeting called for each project undertaking unit to enhance its sense of responsibility, strictly manage, carefully organize, explore and innovate, accomplish the tasks of various projects according to the planned high standards, and provide scientific and technological solutions for resolving outstanding contradictions between urban construction and resources and environment in China and promoting sustainable economic and social development support.
