针对建筑装饰工程施工管理,首先介绍了施工管理主要内容,在此基础上介绍几条常见施工管理问题,并提出相应管理措施,旨在实现建筑装饰工程及其施工管理协调发展的目标。
Aiming at the construction and construction management of building decoration project, the main content of construction management is introduced first. Based on this, several common construction management problems are introduced and the corresponding management measures are put forward to achieve the goal of coordinated development of building decoration project and its construction management.
