为纪念武警水电部队建军25周年,水力发电杂志社和我们共同组织这期“武警水电部队建设工程专号”,其目的在于回顾历史,总结经验,扬长避短,继续前进。在应约为本专号撰写文章时,我首先向为这支部队的诞生、成长给予关怀帮助的各级领导,向25年来同我们密切协作、给予我们热情支持的兄弟单位表示崇高的敬意和衷心的感谢;向本部队的全体干部战士和职工以及离退休、转业、退伍的同志们致以亲切的慰问。
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Armed Police Corps hydropower units, Hydro Power Magazine and we jointly organize this issue of “Armed Police Corps Hydropower Construction Project No.”, its purpose is to review history, sum up experience, avoid weaknesses and move on. At the time of writing about this special article, I would first like to pay my highest tribute to the leaders of all levels who have been in close cooperation with us for the past 25 years and have given us warm support and help leaders at all levels for the birth and growth of this unit. My heartfelt gratitude goes to all the cadres and soldiers of our armed forces and to all our staff and workers, as well as those who have retired, transferred or retired.
