【案例背景】小杭(化名),今年1 3岁,男。9岁时被母亲遗弃在杭州市暂住人员徐玉芳家中,后送入杭州市救助管理站。经多方途径寻找家庭无果,11岁时由救助管理站送入杭州市儿童福利院。送入时患有疥疮、房性期前收缩,其他身体状况良好。自述以前上过小学三年级,表现为阅读、写字方面无障碍。小杭懂事、乖巧,喜欢看书,沉默少言,不善于与他人交流。走路爱低头,缺乏自信心。较同龄人早熟,不善表达自己想法。12岁时曾有一次不成功的国内领养经历,造成较严重的心理阴影,属于再次遗弃,之后再提到领养的字眼时比较回
