当我们给自己或者别人贴上病的标签,这个“病”已经成立了。一个来访者给我讲她的故事。她来自农村,小时候家里很穷,是那种饭都吃不饱的穷。她是家里老大,为了照顾弟妹,小小年纪就辍学了,打工挣钱补贴家用。家里的经济有所好转,是她十七八岁以后的事。也是从那时开始,她染上了一种怪病,每天都恹恹的,跟谁都不想说话,常常莫名其妙地流泪。这样的状况持续了好
