修武县郇封乡小营村是远近闻名的小康村,现有常住人口2700多人,暂住人口近200人,村内有各类企业28家,治安情况比较复杂。在郇封派出所的指导下,村治保会大力开展“创安”活动,狠抓群防群治,建立和完善了一系列以治保会为主体的防范网络,收到良好效果。自1996年以来,该村未发生一起刑事、治安案件。他们的做法是:
Xiaoyuan Village, Xunfeng Township, Xiuwu County is a well-to-do village known far and near with an existing population of over 2,700 and a temporary population of nearly 200 people.
