作为政策执行机关的基层药监部门,医院基本药物质量控制是医院基本药物监管的重点。基本药物从供应,到储存养护,直至最后的销售给病人,该环节是基本药物销售前停留时间最长的阶段,药品供应能力、仓储条件、养护能力、人员情况、外部监管等多方面都能对基本药物的质量产生直接或间接影响,并最终影响基本药物的安全使用。课题组通过AHP分析法,对医院基本药物质量影响因素进行两两对比,形成判断矩阵,确定各指标权重,了解基本药物质量影响因素的相对重要性,建立医院(基本)药物质量监管参考标准,以期为医院基本药物监管重点方面提供依据。
