Female, 18 years old. Due to dizziness, palpitation 1 hour admission. Past history of a similar attack. Physical examination: BP14 / 10kPa, lung breath sounds clear, heart rate 72 beats / min, law, the valve is not known and pathological murmur. The electrocardiogram showed that the P-R interval shortened (<0.10 seconds) and the QRS wave group broadened (> 0.11 seconds). The V_1QRS group was downward, showing rS type.
