高职院校与应用型本科院校“3+2”人才培养模式有着广阔的发展前景,能够为国家和社会输送具有理论基础的高层次的技能型人才。但在“3+2”人才培养模式的教育教学实践中还存在培养目标不明确、课程衔接不合理、师资配置还不能完全适应“3+2”人才培养模式的发展需求等问题,需要政府、社会和高校协调整合有效资源,提高师资能力和水平,明确“3+2”人才培养目标,设置理论与实践相结合的层级递进课程,建立完善的质量评价体系。
The “3 + 2 ” talent training mode in higher vocational colleges and applied undergraduate colleges has broad prospects for development. However, in the teaching practice of “3 + 2” talent training mode, there are still some problems such as the ambitious training objectives, the unreasonable connection of the curriculum and the teacher allocation can not fully meet the development needs of the “3 + 2” personnel training mode It requires the government, society and colleges and universities to coordinate and integrate effective resources, improve the ability and level of teachers, clarify the goal of “3 + 2 ” personnel training, and set up courses combining theory with practice to set up a sound quality evaluation system.
