房地产业具有产业链长、关联度高的特点,本文运用投入产出法、回归分析法对我国房地产业和经济增长的关系进行定量分析,进而求出房地产业对经济增长的贡献率和拉动的百分点,证实了房地产业对经济增长有显著的促进作用。
The real estate industry has the characteristics of industrial chain length and high correlation. This paper uses the method of input-output and regression analysis to quantitatively analyze the relationship between real estate and economic growth in China, and then finds out the contribution rate and driving force of the real estate industry to economic growth The percentage points confirmed that the real estate industry has a significant role in promoting economic growth.
