产业集聚是产业发展的内在规律,是市场经济条件下工业化发展到一定阶段的必然产物。产业集聚区的建设,就是要实现“企业(项目)集中布局、产业集群发展、资源集约利用、功能集合构建”这四个要素的有机融合,切实提高产业承载能力,推进经济和社会又好又快发展。近期,我们组织开展了上蔡县产业集聚区建设专题调研,全面了解产业集聚区建设现状,认真总结经验,深刻查找问题,提出对策和建议。

Recently, we organized a special survey on the construction of industrial clusters in Shangcai County to fully understand the status quo of the construction of industrial clusters, conscientiously sum up experiences, find out problems profoundly, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
