科学、技术、发明和研发是人人都知道的名词,不过不同的人对其内涵的认知可能有所差别,深入讨论一下或许是有益的,我想谈谈自己的理解。科学是人对客观世界发生和发展内在规律的认知,这种认知必须建立在取得共识的基础之上,因此科学是属于全人类的,没有知识产权;技术是人为改善自身生存或工作环境而对客观世界进行改造的能力,这种能力依靠个人或团体的智力,因此可以体现为有知识产权的精神产品,以专利形式体现,所有权属于技术开发者,并且可以在技术市场上流通。发明是人类为改善生存或工作环境而应用技术创造的新产品,它可以在市场上流通。
