In 2002, China began training for the first round of basic education reform pilot work, and commissioned experts and scholars of key normal universities such as Beijing Normal University to conduct research on the basis of research personnel from teachers’ colleges and education and research institutes across the country. More than ten days of inquiry participatory training took place. In the past few years, there have been three batches of junior high school students who have entered high school to continue their studies with new ideas and new teaching materials. The author finds out through provincial-level training staff and their investigation of frontline teachers in various cities.
