电视理论研发工作至关重要,与中国电视事业发展息息相关。中央电视台副台长王庚年在《2003中国电视研究与发展理论年会》上发表了题为《推动理论研发促进交流合作》的讲话。他指出:研发工作应该成为广电事业的核心内容,就像电脑的芯片;研发工作应该侧重解决广电事业前进中面临的问题,对实践操作要“解渴”、“管用”。
TV theory research and development work is crucial, and the development of China’s television is closely related. Wang Gengnian, deputy director of CCTV, delivered a speech titled “Promoting Theoretical Development, Promoting Exchanges and Cooperation” at the “2003 Annual Meeting of China’s TV Research and Development Theories.” He pointed out: R & D work should become the core content of radio and television programs, just like computer chips; research and development work should focus on solving the problems faced by the broadcasting and television industry, and “quench their thirst” and “work with” practical operations.
