组织文化是组织面对内外部环境所形成的,为组织成员所共同拥有的,用来指导彼此行为而且在内心认同的一套价值观系统,能够用崇高的精神力量去吸引、团结、鼓舞员工,形成共同的目标、方向和使命,使员工为之努力工作。组织文化是组织构建的软件元素,从价值观的层面产生精神力量,形成组织成员共享的心智模式,决定组织的运行机制。它代表了组织中不成文的、可感知的部分。一个组织的文化通常是由其创始人和早期领导者倡导的,他们清楚地把特定的理念和价值观表达出来并贯彻在组织的经营活动中。当这些理念和价值观导致组织获得成功后,他们就会被制度化,进而演变为一整套模式化的行为。组织文化是组织发展的永恒主题,组织文化对管理者心智模式的方方面面产生巨大的辐射效应,从而影响组织管理者的运作与发展。
Organizational culture is a system of values formed by the organization in the face of its internal and external environment and co-owned by its members to guide each other’s behaviors and to identify with each other. It can lure, unite and inspire employees with lofty spiritual power, To form a common goal, direction and mission, so that employees work hard. Organizational culture is the software element that the organization builds, produces the mental strength from the aspect of values, forms the mental model that the organization member shares, and decides the operation mechanism of the organization. It represents the unwritten and perceivable part of the organization. The culture of an organization is usually championed by its founders and early leaders who articulate specific ideas and values and implement them in the organization’s business activities. When these ideas and values lead to the success of the organization, they are institutionalized and evolved into a set of modeled behaviors. Organizational culture is the eternal theme of organizational development. Organizational culture has a huge radiation effect on all aspects of the mental model of managers, thus affecting the operation and development of organizational managers.
