文化部电影局于四月五日至十一目在成都召开了全国电影环境保护工作会议。来自全国各电影制片厂、洗印厂、电影科研单位、电视台、胶片厂以及有关院校的技术领导,环保工作的工程技术人员共102名代表参加了会议。这次会议的任务是检查1980年广州会议以来的电影环保工作情况及讨论如何落实城乡建设环境保护部最近颁布的《电影洗片水污染物排放标准》的指标及限期实现要求。文化部党组成员、负责领导科技工作的仲秋元同志,四川省委常委黄启操同志,四川省文化厅长杜天文,副厅长郝超同志及文化部科技办公室主任吴光同志出席了会议开幕
The Film Office of the Ministry of Culture held a national film environmental protection conference in Chengdu from April 5 to November 11. A total of 102 representatives from technical and environmental engineers from film studios, printing and dyeing factories, film research institutes, television stations, film factories, and relevant institutions of higher education took part in the conference. The task of this meeting is to examine the environmental protection work of the film since the Guangzhou Conference in 1980 and to discuss how to implement the targets and the deadline for the implementation of the “Emission Standard of Water for Film Washer Water Pollution” recently promulgated by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection. Party members of the Ministry of Culture, Comrade Zhong Qiuyuan in charge of scientific and technological work, Comrade Huang Qijun, member of the standing committee of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, Du Tianwen, director of Sichuan Provincial Culture Department, Hao Chao, deputy director of Comrade Hao and comrade Wu Guang, director of the Office of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Culture attended the opening ceremony
