目的:建立盐酸吡硫醇胶囊中有关物质的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇∶水∶三乙胺(40∶60∶0.5)用冰醋酸调PH为3.5为流动相,流速:0.7ml/min,检测波长295nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,盐酸吡硫醇胶囊中有关物质与盐酸吡硫醇能较好的分离。结论:本法简便,专属性强,适用于盐酸吡硫胶囊中有关物质检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of related substances in Pyritinol Hydrochloride Capsules by HPLC. Methods: The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the filler (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol: water: triethylamine (40:60:0.5) : 0.7ml / min, detection wavelength 295nm. Results: Under the selected chromatographic conditions, the related substances in pyrithione hydrochloride capsules were better separated from pyrithiol hydrochloride. Conclusion: This method is simple and specific, suitable for the detection of related substances in the pyrimethamine hydrochloride capsule.
