物流运输成本占据了跨境电商企业总成本的很大部分,因此能否有效的控制跨境电商企业物流运输成本对于企业的发展具有十分重要的意义。本文以跨境电商企业洋码头为例,根据洋码头物流运输成本的现状,对洋码头物流运输成本控制存在的主要问题进行分析,进而提出具体的对策建议,希望能为洋码头跨境电商企业的物流运输成本控制提供有价值的借鉴。
Logistics and transport costs account for a large part of the total cost of cross-border e-commerce business, so the effective control of cross-border e-commerce logistics and transportation costs for the development of enterprises is of great significance. Taking the cross-border e-commerce YICO as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the YOSCO logistics and transportation cost control based on the current situation of Yantian logistics and transportation costs, and then puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.
