眩晕症内科常见,以往多采用扩张脑血管降低颅内压等药物治疗,部份病人疗效不理想,笔者临床用利多卡因治疗36例,疗效较好。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 36例中男15例,女21例,年龄21～57岁。临床诊断:美尼尔氏症9例,重感冒12例,植物神经功能紊乱15例,均有视物旋转和自身旋转感。绝大多数伴有恶心呕吐,面色苍白。部份病人伴眼球震颤等。 1.2 治疗方法 利多卡因1mg·kg~(-1)加入50％葡萄糖液40～60ml·d~(-1)中缓慢静注,5d为1疗程。一般最多3次可缓
