【本刊2016年9月综合报道】日本伊方3号机组2016年8月12日重启,并于8月22日实现满功率运行,从而使日本的在运机组数量达到3台。伊方3号机组是一台846 MWe压水堆机组,自2011年4月以来一直处于停堆状态。根据日本在福岛后制定的核电机组重启程序,电厂运营商需要向日本原子力规制委员会(NRA)提交下述申请:反应堆设备的改动申请即反应堆工程工作方案申请,旨在加强电厂安全的施工计划申请,以及电厂运行安全计划申请。此外,还要求运营商在规制委批准反应堆工程工作方案后的五年内
【Our Journal, September 2016 General Coverage】 Japan’s Yifan Unit 3 restarted on August 12, 2016 and achieved full-power operation on August 22, bringing the total number of units in operation in Japan to three. Iraqi Unit 3 is a 846 MWe PWR unit that has been in a shutdown since April 2011. According to Japan’s nuclear power plant restart procedure developed at Fukushima, power plant operators are required to submit the following applications to Japan’s Atomic Energy Regulatory Commission (NRA): Reactor Equipment Change Requests Reactor Work Program Applications, Construction Plans to Improve Plant Safety Application, and plant operation safety plan application. In addition, the operator is also required within five years after the regulation committee approved the reactor construction work program
