目的:对不同厂家首乌藤配方颗粒的质量进行分析比较。方法:按照2015年版《中国药典》四部颗粒剂要求对5个不同厂家的首乌藤配方颗粒进行性状、水分、粒度、溶化性、鉴别、装量、药物吸湿性、浸出物、含量的考察。结果:5个厂家样品性状、水分、粒度、溶化性、鉴别、装量均符合规定,但不同厂家样品的吸湿性、浸出物、含量差异较大。结论:不同厂家的首乌藤配方颗粒质量存在较大差异,临床用药时需加以注意。
Objective: To analyze and compare the quality of Shouwu rattan formula granules from different manufacturers. Methods: According to the requirements of the four granules of the 2015 edition of the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”, the characters, moisture, particle size, solvency, identification, loading capacity, hygroscopicity, leachables and content of Radix Polygoni multiflori granules from 5 different manufacturers were investigated. Results: The traits, moisture, particle size, solvency, identification, and loading capacity of the five manufacturers were all in compliance with the regulations, but the moisture absorption, leachables, and content of samples from different manufacturers were quite different. Conclusion: There are great differences in the quality of Shouwu rattan formula granules from different manufacturers, and attention should be paid to the clinical drug application.
