对油井钻杆管体断裂事故进行综合研究,用磁粉探伤、扫描电镜和金相显微镜等对断裂钻杆样品进行分析,发现钻杆纵断口的周向裂纹众多,横断口的硫化物含量明显高于附近基体金属区,裂纹具有明显H2S应力腐蚀开裂特征。综合钻杆使用情况和试验分析结果,认为钻杆断裂属硫化氢应力腐蚀断裂,指出钻杆选用抗硫化氢材料及其再次使用前的存放等问题。
In this paper, the fracture of drill pipe body of oil well was comprehensively studied. The fracture pipe samples were analyzed by means of magnetic particle inspection, scanning electron microscopy and metallographic microscope. It was found that there were many circumferential cracks in the longitudinal section of the drill pipe and the content of sulfide in the transverse fracture was obviously high In the vicinity of the base metal zone, the crack has obvious H2S stress corrosion cracking characteristics. According to the drill pipe usage and the test results, it is considered that the drill pipe rupture belongs to the stress corrosion cracking of hydrogen sulphide. The problems of the selection of the hydrogen sulphide resistant material for the drill pipe and its storage before re-use are pointed out.
