压力容器属于是一种极度危险的特种承压设备其需要承受高温、低温、剧毒、易燃、易爆以及各种具有肩蚀介质的高压力若在使用过程中出泄漏或者爆炸事故,极易引起各类中毒或者火灾等严重的灾难性事故,从而对周围人民群众的生命财产会产生严重影响。通过对出现故障的压力容器进行事故分析其中引发事故原因主要为制造材料或者制造工艺等问题,为了避免压力容器在使用中出现泄漏问题在生产时应该对压力容器实施无损检测,以此来降低压力容器的事故率。在本文研究中笔者根据自身工作实践经验总结分析目前我国在压力容器检验中使用的无损检测技术应用情况。
