1病例简介患者男,58岁,因上腹部突发疼痛7 h于2010年6月28日入院。体检:WBC:23.10×10~9·L~(-1),N:87%。入院诊断为十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔。入院后急行胃大部切除术。该患者对青霉素类和头孢菌素类药物过敏。术后患者寒战高热,切口化脓感染。6月28日～7月6日给予注射用氨曲南(批号:1003001,安徽威尔曼制药有限公司)1.0 g ivd,bid,替硝唑注射液(批号:10060941,扬子江药业有限公司)
1 case description Male patient, 58 years old, due to sudden pain in the upper abdomen 7 h on June 28, 2010 admitted. Physical examination: WBC: 23.10 × 10 ~ 9 · L ~ (-1), N: 87%. Admission diagnosis of duodenal ulcer perforation. Emergency radical gastrectomy after admission. This patient is allergic to penicillins and cephalosporins.
