为深入贯彻中央、省市关于加大统筹城乡发展力度加快农业农村发展的若干意见等精神,浙江省桐庐县开展了农村农民住房置换县城公寓房工作。现已分批完成652户,置换人口2283人,置换县城公寓房1004套。拆除原农村住房宅基地可新增复耕土地面积800余亩(1亩=667平方米,下同)。为集聚人口,加快城市化进程,节约集约用地,改善居住环境起到了积极的促进作用,开创了一条实现城乡统筹
In order to thoroughly implement the opinions of the central, provincial and municipal governments on increasing the development of urban and rural areas and accelerating the development of agriculture and rural areas, Tonglu County, Zhejiang Province, carried out the work of replacing peasant housing in the county town apartment house. 652 households have been completed in batches, replacing population of 2283 people, replacing 1004 sets of condominiums in the county. Demolition of the original rural housing sites can be reclaimed land area of more than 800 acres (1 mu = 667 square meters, the same below). In order to gather population, speed up the urbanization process, save land intensively and improve the living environment, it has played a positive role in promoting and creating a unified urban and rural areas
