海洋产业演化理论是海洋产业经济研究与演化经济学理论相结合的新兴研究领域。随着海洋经济在国民经济中的地位不断攀升,海洋经济活动发展规律日益成为重要的课题。而海洋产业演化理论主要是从历史、现在、未来的角度,研究海洋产业发展的规律、动因、趋势,归根结底是要寻找一种合适的手段来影响其未来发展趋势,这符合当今社会经济发展的需要,具有十分重要的意义。本文述评了20世纪90年代以来,国际上对海洋产业演化研究的最新进展。
