目的 探讨喉癌癌变过程中CyclinE、CyclinD1和P2 1WAFI/CIP1表达的临床病理学意义。方法 用免疫组化检测 2 0例正常粘膜、40例不典型增生病变和 60例喉癌组织中CyclinE、CyclinD1和P2 1WAFI/CIP1的表达。结果 CyclinE、CyclinD1和P2 1WAFI/CIP1阳性表达定位于细胞核。在喉癌癌变过程中 ,喉正常粘膜、不典型增生病变和喉癌中CyclinE阳性表达率分别为 :5 .0 % ( 1/2 0 ) ,2 0 .0 % ( 8/40 ) ,45 .0 % ( 2 7/60 ) (P <0 .0 0 1) ;CyclinD1阳性表达率分别为 :5 .0 % ( 1/2 0 ) ,3 0 .0 %( 12 /40 ) ,5 3 .3 % ( 3 2 /60 ) (P <0 .0 0 1) ;P2 1WAFI/CIP1阳性表达率分别为 :95 .0 % ( 19/2 0 ) ,75 .0 % ( 3 0 /40 )和 63 .3 % ( 3 8/60 ) (P <0 .0 5 )。P2 1WAFI/CIP1在高、中和低分化的喉癌中阳性表达率分别为 :76.2 % ( 16/2 1) ,65 .5 % ( 19/2 9)和 3 0 .0 % ( 3 /10 ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CyclinE、CyclinD1阳性表达与肿瘤细胞的分化无关。CyclinD1和P2 1WAFI/CIP1阳性表达显著相关 ,CyclinE与CyclinD1,CyclinE与P2 1WAFI/CIP1表达无相关性。结论 喉癌癌变过程中CyclinE和CyclinD1阳性表达率呈逐渐升高的趋势 ,而P2 1WAFI/CIP1阳性表达率呈逐渐降低的趋势。CyclinE和CyclinD1异常表达是喉癌发生中早期分?
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological significance of the expressions of CyclinE, CyclinD1 and P2 1WAFI / CIP1 in carcinogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods The expressions of CyclinE, CyclinD1 and P2 1WAFI / CIP1 in 20 normal mucosa, 40 atypical hyperplasias and 60 laryngeal carcinomas were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression of CyclinE, CyclinD1 and P2 1WAFI / CIP1 localized in the nucleus. In the carcinogenesis of laryngeal cancer, the positive expression rate of CyclinE in laryngeal normal mucosa, atypical hyperplasia lesions and laryngeal carcinoma were 5.0% (1/2 0), 20.0% (8/40), 45 respectively. The positive expression rate of CyclinD1 was 0 .0% (1/2 0), 30.0% (12/40), 5 3 respectively. The positive expression rate of P2 1 WAFI / CIP1 was 95.0% (19/2 0), 75.0% (3 0/40), and 3% (3 2/60) respectively (P 0 01) 63.3% (38/60) (P <0.05). The positive rates of P2 1 WAFI / CIP1 in high, moderate and poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma were 76.2% (16/2), 65.5% (19/2 9) and 30.0% (3/10) ) (P <0.05). The positive expression of CyclinE and CyclinD1 had no relation with the differentiation of tumor cells. CyclinD1 and P2 1WAFI / CIP1 positive expression was significantly correlated, CyclinE and CyclinD1, CyclinE and P2 1WAFI / CIP1 expression was not related. Conclusions The positive rates of CyclinE and CyclinD1 in carcinogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma are gradually increasing while the positive expression rate of P2 1WAFI / CIP1 is decreasing gradually. Abnormal expression of CyclinE and CyclinD1 is the early stage of laryngeal carcinogenesis.
