根据中国证监会《上市公司行业分类指引》,本文将沪深A股上市公司进行了行业分类,利用多元统计的方法对资本结构的行业特征进行了全面深入地实证研究了.目的是检验国内上市公司资本结构行业差异的显著性.研究结果表明:①中国上市公司存在最优资本结构,行业是其重要影响因素之一;②不同行业上市公司的资本结构具有显著差异.这与国内外的大部分研究结果一致;③同一行业上市公司的资本结构具有高度稳定性,且行业间差异也具有稳定性.“,”According to “listed company classified guidance” of CSRC,this paper classifies the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies by industry.And conducts an empirical study deeply on industrial features of capital structure,using multivariate statistics methods.The purpose is to test the significance of industrial differences of capital structure of Chinese listed companies.The results indicate the following points: (1) There does exist the optimal capital structure in Chinese listed companies,and industry is one of the most important factors.(2)The differences are significant,and is consistent with most of the studies at home and abroad.(3) In the same industry,capital structure of listed companies are highly stable,and the differences between industries are also stable.
