The fluorescence spectra of LaOX: Sn ~ (3+) and LaOX: Nd ~ (3+) phosphors (X ~ - = Cl ~ -, Br ~ Double point charge coordination field model, the fluorescence spectra were theoretically assigned, and the influence of matrix on the crystal field effect of the ion earth was discussed.
