针对聚乙烯醇纤维砂浆(PVA-ECC)钢筋网加固RC方柱进行了一次受力轴压性能的研究。对6根方柱进行了单调加载的对比试验,然后理论分析影响PVA-ECC加固效果的主要因素。在考虑截面有效约束区和非有效约束区及界面传递剪力的基础上,建立了PVA-ECC加固钢筋混凝土轴心受压柱的承载力计算公式。试验结果表明,PVA-ECC钢筋网薄层加固是一种有效的加固方法,能够显著提高加固RC方柱的轴向承载力、峰值应变、延性、刚度及抗裂性能。
A study on the axial compression properties of reinforced RC square columns reinforced with polyvinyl alcohol fiber mortar (PVA-ECC) steel mesh was carried out. The six square columns were monotonically loaded contrast test, and then theoretical analysis of the main factors that affect the PVA-ECC reinforcement effect. Based on the consideration of the effective constrained area, the ineffective constrained area and the interfacial transfer shear force, the formula for calculating the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete columns subjected to PVA-ECC was established. The test results show that the thin layer reinforcement of PVA-ECC steel mesh is an effective reinforcement method, which can significantly improve the axial bearing capacity, peak strain, ductility, stiffness and crack resistance of reinforced RC square columns.
