办公楼楼高5层,是一家地下管线管理及检测公司位于上海的办公大楼。大楼拥有逾40年历史,属典型旧式现代主义建筑。由于当年采用的是讲求快捷及低成本的旧式建筑方法,即先预制好大部分水泥组件,再于现场装嵌,所以,整幢楼宇的所有墙身皆作负重之用,所有间隔皆不得改动,亦因此对这个项目的空间配置造成限制。经过力学计算之后,设计师在负重要求最小的顶层拆除部分墙身,并加设钢架承托楼顶。所有楼层维持原来“中央一条通道,两旁布满小房间”这个井然有序的间隔。一座富有历史的建筑物是记忆的载体。办公楼所在地原为牛类养殖场,后来成为农业原料国企的办公
