所谓的自来水,就是经处理(净化、沉淀、消毒等)后,提供给人们使用的水。而自来水公司就是通过自收自支以获得盈利,进而为人们提供生活、生产用水,服务社会的一种企业单位。目前,我国自来水公司在运营的过程中,不仅要保证自身日常的生产,同时还需要跟随社会发展而不断扩建、发展,以保证自身的稳定、持续发展。而资金管理,是自来水公司建设项目中的重点,资金的管理措施直接影响公司的盈利与将来的发展。
