从计划经济到市场经济,不同时期有不同的就业形式。无论是当初的政策安置,还是如今的市场化“双选”,就业形式总是随着经济体制的不断完善,逐步走向成熟,走向多样化。 1.指令就业 “指令就业”也就是传统的政策性安置,是指由人事部门根据有关政策将毕业生派遣到机关和企、事业单位工作。指令就业形式是计划经济时代的产物,近几年随着其他就业形式的出现,指令就业只用于引进的紧缺急需人才和享受地方性优惠政策的特殊人才。
