本文以周庄历史文化名镇保护为例,在保护历史文化遗存的基础上,将保护视角拓展到全镇域及周边区域,注重环境本底的保护,注重非物质文化的传承,构建包括物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产两个内容,镇域历史环境与资源、历史镇区、历史文化街区以及历史文化遗存计四个层次的全面整体的保护机制。针对过度商业化、本土特色缺失等问题,从历史渊源、地方特色、现存业态、发展趋势等多维度深入研究,提出规划对策。
Taking Zhouzhuang's historical and cultural town protection as an example, on the basis of protecting historical and cultural relics, the paper extends the protection perspective to the entire town area and the surrounding area, pays attention to the protection of environment background, pays attention to the inheritance of non-material culture, Heritage and intangible cultural heritage of the two contents, the historical environment and resources of the town, the historic township, historical and cultural blocks and historical and cultural relics total four levels of holistic holistic protection mechanism. In view of the issues of over-commercialization and lack of local characteristics, this paper puts forward planning measures from the perspective of history, local characteristics, existing businesses and development trends.
