宝鸡石油机械厂铸铁车间3吨冲天炉曾先后采用过人工大杆和手工机械堵铁水眼,都不理想,不仅劳动条件差,事故多,而且堵眼成功率低,浪费铁水。去年十二月份,张忠义等师傅革新成功了如图1所示的气动堵铁水眼装置,实践证明,效果良好,堵成率达100％,炉前操作由三人减至一人。气缸行程250毫米,直径80毫米。所需压缩空气压力应大于2公斤/厘米~2。为防止铁水飞溅,需控制堵杆速度,在手动二位三通换向阀8的排气孔外接一个控制
