低浓度(2mmol/L)亚硫酸处理可使麦苗的SOD活性增强,MDA积累减少,质膜透性减小.高浓度(≥20mmol/L)的亚硫酸对麦苗造成伤害,使其SOD活性下降,MDA含量及质膜透性加大.SOD活性,MDA含量、质膜透性三者具有较强的相关性.磷酸缓冲液具有诱导SOD活性,减少膜脂过氧化,稳定和保护小麦苗膜结构,减轻亚硫酸伤害的防护作用.
Sulfuric acid treatment at low concentration (2 mmol / L) could increase SOD activity, reduce MDA accumulation and decrease plasma membrane permeability. Sulfuric acid with high concentration (≥20mmol / L) caused injury to wheat germ and decreased its SOD activity and MDA content and plasma membrane permeability. SOD activity, MDA content, plasma membrane permeability of the three have a strong correlation. Phosphoric acid buffer has the protective effect of inducing SOD activity, reducing membrane lipid peroxidation, stabilizing and protecting the structure of wheat seedling membrane, and reducing sulfite damage.
