几年来,我们认真贯彻中国工会“十大”、“十一大”确定的工会工作方针,把工会财务工作重点放到基层,坚持面向基层,为基层服务。在这方面我会财务部从加强互助组工作和开展全市基层工会财务竞赛活动入手,从1987年开始组织基层工会财务工作互助组,共组建市属互助组44个,参加基层406个。财务部对互助组工作加强指导,做到活动有安排(每月活动一次),事后有检查,年终有考评.三年的实践证明,通过开展互帮互学,互审互查,研究财会业务,加强经验交流,年年主办业务培训,大大提高了基层
In the past few years, we conscientiously implemented the work guideline of the trade unions as set forth in the “10th” and “11th National Congress ”of the Chinese trade unions, put the financial work of the trade unions mainly at the grassroots level, insisted on serving the grassroots and serving the grassroots.
