溶剂含量蒸馏是酮苯脱蜡装置生产中的一个经常性分析项目,分析样品多,工作量大,由于溶剂易挥发,也易污染空气。我们装成的溶剂含量自动蒸馏装置,不需人工调节,达到十点自动报警,分析装置放在密闭罩内,既提高了化验效率,又较为安全。一、工作原理分析试样为酮苯脱蜡装置的脱蜡油和溶剂的混合物。溶剂中丙酮的沸程为55.5～56.5℃,苯的沸程为79.6～80.6℃,而脱蜡油的初馏点则比溶剂的沸程高得多,蒸馏时,溶剂全部蒸出的温度仍比脱蜡油的初馏
