近二十年在日本,至少有20种食用蘑菇能够栽培。因此,从生产上、各种成分的利用和废物资源再利用的观点上来看,担子菌研究的问题是很多的。一方面,担子菌在生物学上具有独特的生活史,有称之谓二极性、四极性等多种接合形式。接合型的组合方式很多,有的在一个种中有一万种以上的组合方式。
Nearly 20 years in Japan, at least 20 species of edible mushrooms can be cultivated. Therefore, from the point of production, the utilization of various components and the reuse of waste resources, there are many problems in the research of basidiomycetes. On the one hand, Basidiomycota has a unique biological history, there are so-called two polar, quadrupole and other forms of engagement.
