Reported full-term neonatal blood chemistry normal reference value 1 week after birth. According to the strict standard of health, 241 cases of early neonates were selected according to the distribution of sex, gestational age, age, and body weight / body length (W / H) index. Fasting blood samples were collected 2ml, by the same person with the same instrument and the same batch of reagents, while completing all blood chemistry indicators (including electrolytes, glucose, lipids, protein, non-protein nitrogen, bilirubin and commonly used enzymes) testing. The mean, standard deviation and percentile of each index were calculated. The test results between men and women were significantly tested. The correlation between gestational age, age, W / H index and each test index was analyzed. The detection of gender differences in sex, respectively, the results are listed; different age, gestational age and W / H index on the impact of early neonatal blood chemistry indicators and results reported separately. The establishment of the normal reference value of blood chemistry for neonatal clinical and basic research provides a more complete system of important parameters.
