二、法国的卫生保健制度能调整吗? 在卫生保健开支投资中出现的危机,迫使我们从根本上反复自审有关生产与消费促进卫生资料与服务的关系。这种关系包括文化因素与社会因素。当前,在这个观点上,出现两个问题。第一个是关系到在能够提供或恢复健康的全部开支中给予卫生保健的重要性究竟如何认识的问题。这些能够提供或恢复健康的全部开支,只是其他生产健康因素中的一个,人们可就它们与其他开支相关的边缘效果,提出一些问题。
Second, can the health care system in France be adjusted?
