为深入学习贯彻十四大精神,促使社会科学研究适应新的形势,上一个新的台阶,四川省社科联于10月20日在蓉举行学习贯彻党的十四大精神座谈会,二十多名社科界的专家、学者和省社科联副主席出席了会议。与会者热情赞扬、高度评价党的十四大作出的重大贡献和在理论上取得的丰硕成果,一致认为党的十四大是一次具有划时代意义的大会,是建设有中国特色社会主义的光辉里程碑。改革开放和现代化建设要搞得更快更好,国家要长治久安和昌盛富强,关键在于用邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义的理论武装全党全民。社会科学理论工作者要竭尽全力研究和宣这一当代中国的马克思主义,从而使理论研究和宣传工作上一个新台阶,为实现十四大提出的光荣而艰巨的任务,夺取有中国特色社会主义事业的更大胜利作出贡献。
In order to further study and implement the spirit of the Fourteenth Congress and promote the social science research to a new level and to a new level, the SSPU in Sichuan Province held a seminar on studying and implementing the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on 20 October in Chengdu. Several experts and scholars from the social sciences and vice presidents of the provincial CST attended the conference. The participants warmly praised and spoke highly of the great contribution made by the 14th National Congress of the CPC and the fruitful achievements in theory. They all agreed that the 14th National Congress of the CPC is an epoch-making convention and a brilliant milestone in building socialism with Chinese characteristics . The key to reform, opening up and modernization will be faster and better. The key to long-term peace and prosperity for the country lies in arming the entire party with Comrade Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The social sciences theoretical workers should do their utmost to study and declare this contemporary Marxism in China, so as to bring theoretical research and propaganda work to a new level. In order to realize the glorious and arduous task put forward by the 14th CPC Congress, we must seize socialism with Chinese characteristics To contribute to the greater victory of the cause.
