目的了解宜昌市碘缺乏病病情现状,掌握全面实施新盐标准后人群碘营养水平。方法按照《全国碘盐监测方案》和《湖北省居民饮用水碘、砷、氟含量抽样调查实施方案》随机采样,盐碘测定采用直接滴定法;尿碘和水碘测定采用砷铈催化分光光度法。结果随机抽样检测居民食用盐1 200份,盐碘中位数为24.0 mg/kg,非碘盐率为0.50%(6/1 200),碘盐覆盖率为99.50%(1 194/1 200),合格碘盐食用率为93.00%(1 116/1 200);监测8~10岁儿童尿碘500份,中位数为268μg/L;监测孕妇尿碘60份,中位数为136μg/L;监测水碘133份,中位数为1.3μg/L。结论宜昌市碘盐供应较好,合格碘盐食用率符合国家标准;根据GB 16005-2009《碘缺乏病病区划分》规定,该地区属缺碘地区,因此食盐加碘是防治碘缺乏病最根本、最有效的措施。
Objective To understand the current status of iodine deficiency disorders in Yichang and to understand the iodine nutrition of the population after the full implementation of the new salt standard. Conclusion The supply of iodized salt in Yichang City is good, and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt conforms to the national standard.
