邯郸市是我国空气污染最为严重的城市之一,能源结构调整势在必行。文章以邯郸市为研究对象,根据PM2.5主要来源最新解析结果,运用“外部性”、“公地悲剧”等理论,详细分析了邯郸市进行能源结构调整以治理空气污染的动因,进一步探讨了邯郸市利用和推广清洁能源的发展前景、可操作性手段和方法。研究结果对省内和国内其他城市治理空气污染具有实践示范和理论指导意义。
Handan is one of the cities with the most serious air pollution in our country and the adjustment of energy structure is imperative. Taking Handan City as the research object and the theory of “tragedy of the commons” “externality ” according to the latest analytical result of the main sources of PM2.5, this article analyzes in detail the energy structure adjustment of Handan City in order to control the air pollution Motivation, to further explore the Handan city to promote the use of clean energy development prospects and operable means and methods. The results of the study have practical demonstration and theoretical guidance for the air pollution control in other cities in the province and in China.
