《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》和新《环境保护法》的实施,虽然显示了我国在政府环境信息公开方面取得的进步,但也揭示了我们在制度、技术等方面存在的问题。为了改善现状,我们应不断完善环保信息公开制度,建立完善的监督问责机制。
Although the implementation of the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information” and the new “Environmental Protection Law” shows the progress our country has made in the government’s environmental information disclosure, it also reveals our problems in system and technology. In order to improve the status quo, we should continue to improve the disclosure system of environmental information and establish a sound mechanism for monitoring and accountability.
