县级政府是我国行政架构中非常重要的一级政府,县域经济在国民经济结构中的地位举足轻重。扩大县(市、区)管理权限,激发县级发展活力,是打赢县域经济攻坚战的关键之举。2005年至今,我省先后五次实施扩权强县强区改革,县级政府行政效能显著提高,县域发展活力明显增强,县级综合经济实力快速提升。但也存在体制机制尚未完全理顺、设区市城区发展活力明显
County-level government is a very important government in our country’s administrative structure, and the county economy plays a decisive role in the national economic structure. Expanding county (city, district) management authority and stimulating county development vitality is the key move to win the battle of county economy. Since 2005, the province has successively implemented the reform to expand and strengthen the county’s strong areas, the administrative efficiency of the county-level governments has been markedly improved, and the vitality of the county’s development has been markedly enhanced. The comprehensive economic strength at the county level has risen rapidly. However, there are also institutional mechanisms that have not yet been fully rationalized
