Entertainment boom swept TV screen, consumerism popular. In such a business context, it is worth studying how to bring TV programs into full play in the fierce competition and give full play to the social education function of the media. By analyzing the status quo, this article summarizes the reasons for the success of popular science and education programs and summarizes the experience and laws from them.
