颅脑外伤是外科常见损伤,病情复杂、进展快,并发症多,存在较高的致残率和死亡率。其临床治疗困难,也是临床重点关注治疗问题。院前急救是挽救颅脑外伤患者关键环节,及时到达现场,控制出血,延缓病情进展、降低颅内压是确保患者生命安全的治疗原则。本文就针对颅脑外伤患者院前急救予以一一综述,以此为颅脑外伤患者治疗提供必要参考价值。
Traumatic brain injury is a common surgical injury, the condition is complex, rapid progress, complications, there is a high morbidity and mortality. Its clinical treatment is difficult, but also the clinical focus of attention to treatment problems. Prehospital first aid is to save the critical part of patients with traumatic brain injury, timely arrival at the scene, control of bleeding, delay the progression of the disease, reduce intracranial pressure is to ensure the patient’s life safety principles. This article is aimed at patients with traumatic brain injury in pre-hospital emergency one by one review, in order to provide the necessary reference value for the treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury.
