目的探讨小细胞肺癌单纯手术切除、手术切除加放化疗对术后生存率的影响。方法对1989年至1998年收治34例小细胞肺癌中单纯手术切除及手术切除加放化疗的患者进行长期随访,就其生存时间与治疗方法的关系做临床对比。结果单纯手术切除3年生存率为11.6%,手术切除加放化疗3年生存率为34%,5年生存率27%,单纯手术切除无一例生存5年。结论小细胞肺癌综合治疗临床效果有明显的优越性,临床效果好。
Objective To investigate the effect of simple surgical resection and surgical resection combined with chemotherapy on the survival rate of patients with small cell lung cancer. Methods Long-term follow-up was performed in 34 patients with small cell lung cancer who underwent surgical resection and surgical resection plus chemoradiation from 1989 to 1998. The clinical survival time and treatment were compared. Results The 3-year survival rate of simple surgical resection was 11.6%. The 3-year survival rate of surgical resection plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy was 34%, and the 5-year survival rate was 27%. Survival was only 5 years after simple surgical resection. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of small cell lung cancer has obvious clinical effect, clinical effect is good.
